Once I discovered<\/span> the efficacy of “talking” directly to the body and soul<\/b>, I dove into the studies of their specific languages, this during the last 15 years.<\/span><\/p>

As a child I had to deal with back problems (scoliosis) and eating disorders in adolescence. I went from postural rehabilitation in hospital to body awareness courses (yes, at 10 years old I already experienced yoga, Indian songs and women\u2019s circles!). I had two full years of psychotherapy, but the discomfort was still part of my daily life.<\/strong><\/p>

Then, during my university studies in ethno-anthropology, I made a trip to South America where I entered deeply into communion with the “wonder” of the present moment, connecting with the subtle essence of the elements as of the living beings I discovered that a gift in the art of touch was already in my hands<\/strong>.<\/p>

At the time I did not know, but I had found my vocation…<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It totally transformed my life!

Unable to bear living a monotonous and meaningless life, I changed course whenever I felt the colours fade, ready to dive in to learn something new.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I went to study at the foreigner, changed so many jobs, lived in differents contexts and housing form, always looking for fulfilment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I was confronted each time with having to come back to myself, finding the strength to start again<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

No domain was taken for granted: home, work, relationships… challenges were always on several fronts at once.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Collecting difficult times, I trained myself to connect to an inner force in order to sometimes literlaly survive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A hidden path was in the process of laying the foundations for me to understand something profound and fundamental…<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Luckily I came across Meiso-Shiatsu\u24c7, with the Zen Master Yuji Yahiro<\/span>.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>

That was not a simple three years shiatsu school.<\/p>

When you enter the shudojo you become a brave researcher of the “truth”<\/strong>.<\/p>

We trained through the fast, the food, hard and subtle body exercises, specific breathworks, meditation, silence and choosen words to cultivate an harmonious state of mind, a stable body and a deep breath to manifest a true human heart.<\/p>

Then I had the chance to meet the Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh<\/span><\/a>, and I could directly assist to his Dharma talks. A monk who has brought teachings thousands of years old as the basis not only for an extremely contemporary ethics but also for a committed activism towards Gaia. Fundamental to recognize our responsibility as social, interconnected and interdependent human beings welcomed on planet Earth. He entered my heart. At the core of his teachings is the importance of cultivating love, understanding, and compassion in our relationships with others and ourselves. He reminds us that the quality of our relationships reflects the quality of our own hearts and minds.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Later I trained for three years studying embryology, anatomy and physiology through the Body Mind Centering<\/a><\/span>\u24c7 approach, where we embody each step of our evolution. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

So I could enter into the heart of life processes<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The course of things also brought me to plant trees and farming, regenerating a poor abandoned land. There I could observe the repeating cycles through which a plant starts to grow, blooms, yields fruits with new seeds, and dries to let them fall for a new cycle.<\/p>

Then I got it :<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It’s an orchestration of shapes which, according to their functions, relate to the inner and external environment, to constantly recreate a balance of the overall system.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

So finally, what makes me feel joyful and fully alive<\/b> ?<\/span><\/p>

What recreates balance and harmony when you suffer your back pain, your wryneck, your insomnia, your food disorders, your chronic limp ankle, Sunday’s headache ?<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All along these last 15 years I’ve been leading so many people of any age and condition to reconnect to their own vital source, through the meiso-shiatsu massage, the energy therapy, through the somatic movement approach, breathing techniques, meditation, consulting and rituals <\/span><\/p>

I now have no doubt about the healing power of these practices.<\/strong><\/p>

To heal we need the life force to circulate again through our systems<\/p>

(nervous, skeleton, liquids, organs, glands …), and this is possible by getting in touch with each of them as I’ve learnt <\/span>through the specific touch they require. <\/span><\/p>

We also need to reprogram the patterns stocked in our quantic dimension to let us fully live the experience as divine being doing a human experience<\/strong>
